HALF MOON BAY MARINA CARPARK

The Northern Pier Development at Half Moon Bay Marina involves construction of a 210m by 12m wide carpark structure located along the shore of the existing boatyard. The structure consists of a composite prestressed deck and 35t precast concrete beams supported off permanent, driven steel piles.

Due to the works being located within the Coastal Marine Area (CMA), we developed a construction methodology that minimised the impact on the environment including underwater noise that had the potential to affect marine mammals.
